2. Monthly Downpayment - first downpayment will start 30-40 days after paying the reservation. Hindi po sabay ang pagbabayad ng reservation at first downpayment.



3. Monthly Amortization - the first monthly amortization will start after fully payment of downpayment. Hindi po magsasabay ang monthly downpayment at monthly amortization.


 HOUSE BUYING SALES PROCEDURE FOR 7 MONTH DOWNPAYMENT:


 Month 1 - DAY 1......Reservation


  Day 7-15.................Submission of Requirements


   Month 2..................1st Monthly Equity or Downpayment


  Month 3..................2nd Monthly Equity or Downpayment


   Month 4..................3rd - 7th Monthly Equity or Downpayment




   Month 8 .......1st Monthly Amortization & Turn-over


4. Kailan Puede Lumipat - Construction of the house and land development is ongoing now. For Pag-ibig Financing - after full payment of equity and Pag-ibig loan take out (Pag-ibig has paid the developer) or bank take out. Estimated time in loan processing is 3-4 mos after submission of full documents.

5. Ready for Occupancy Units (RFO) - Sometimes, there are ready for occupancy units. Full equity must be paid and loan has been taken-out by Pag-ibig before Buyer can move-in or transfer to the unit. Please take note that turn-over unit has only cement finish flooring in all floors. Buyer will shoulder the cost of tiles intallation.


6. Hassle Free Loan Application - Developer will handle Pag-ibig processing. Just submit all the required documents.7. The Adria is  PAG_IBIG Financing & Inhouse Financing.
