You have to register an account with us; you have to complete the required details on our registration form before submitting it to us; if your registration is successful you can start posting all your desired listings.
How much its cost?
P500 only per listing until your property sold. No more extra cost. We don't charge commission when you sell your property. Your Ad is displayed until your property is sold. Unlimited time for your property advertisement. Whether you sell it in one day, one week or one year there will be no additional cost. This is absolutely a great offer.
What are the payment options?
You can pay at the Bank or G-cash.

Or text your deposit slip# at (+63)9195010091, your full name, the name of the property and MLS#.
After Verification, A few minutes your ad is online.

I do not see the appropriate category or subcategory to post my ad under.
If you cannot find an appropriate category to post your listing under, please let us know and we will create new category if it does not contradict with our policies. Please note that categories are for real estate related matters only.
I have attached a wrong picture to my listing. Can I change it?
Yes, log on your account the select the listing with the wrong picture, then you delete or replace it with the right picture.
I have posted my listings, but I do not see it on your website.
All submitted listing are manage by our moderators, All listing have to evaluated and for approval before it can be displayed on our website.
I forgot my password. How can I retrieve it?
You can retrieve your password by providing the correct email address that you register with us, take note that your password will be sent on your email address.
Can I change my Email, password or name?
Yes, you can change your details such as email address, username, password, etc. when you log on to your account.
I wonder if my Email will be added to different lists and used inappropriately for spam.
You Email address will NOT be sold or passed to any lists. If you choose to participate in our list, you may occasionally receive Emails concerning changes in our policies, upgrades or information concerning your account.
